How long it takes
Every BDH Creative piece is printed to order, just for you. That takes 2 to 5 business days. Then the carrier delivers it. Here are the usual delivery times for a hoodie, in business days:

Other countries: the checkout shows the delivery time for your country before you pay. Times are our print partner’s carrier estimates; other items can differ by a few days, and they are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
Where we ship
We ship to 221 countries and territories, and the checkout only lists the places we can deliver to. We cannot ship to Afghanistan, Algeria, Belarus, Bhutan, Chad, Cuba, Djibouti, Ecuador, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Laos, Libya, Madagascar, North Korea, Palestinian Territory, Russia, Samoa, Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Venezuela, Yemen, and the Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions of Ukraine.
Customs and import fees
Your order may be printed in a facility in another region than yours. When that happens, you might have to pay handling or customs fees on delivery. These fees depend on your country, its limits and the order value, and they are not part of our price.
Your address
Please check your shipping address before you pay. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may need an extra payment to ship again. You can change or cancel an order within 2 hours of buying: write to us right away with your order number.
Returns
All sales are final. Each item is made only for your order, so we cannot take returns or exchanges, including for the wrong size. Please check the size guide before you order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or not the item you ordered, write to us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We replace it at no cost, or refund you if a replacement is not possible. Full rules: Terms and Conditions.
