Your piece is printed to order in 2 to 5 business days, then shipped. In the United States that is usually 6 to 11 business days from order to door; Canada 5 to 11; other countries are in the table on our Shipping page. The checkout shows the time for your country before you pay.

It is free on orders of $50 or more. Below $50 you pay the real carrier rate for your country, shown at checkout before you pay. We ship to 221 countries and territories; the checkout only lists places we can deliver to. See the Shipping page for the few places we cannot reach.

Maybe. If your order is printed in a facility in another region, your country might charge handling or customs fees on delivery. They depend on your country and the order value, and they are not part of our price.

US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it when you pay.

No. Each item is made only for your order, so all sales are final, including for the wrong size. Check the size guide, and if you are between two sizes, ask us before you order.

Write to us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We replace it at no cost, or refund you if a replacement is not possible.

Yes, within 2 hours of buying. After that it is already being made. Write to us right away with your order number.
