The BDH Creative app, published by BDH Collective Inc., does not use accounts. You can browse and shop without signing in.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and order details so that we can send you your items.

How to request deletion of your data

Send your request through our contact form at bdhcreative.com/contact/. Use the subject line Delete my data and include the email address you used at checkout, so that we can find your order. We will confirm your request within 30 days.

What we delete

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your shipping address
• Your phone number

What we keep

Basic order and payment records, which Canadian tax law requires us to keep for six years. These records are kept for accounting only and are not used to contact you.
