Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of bdhcreative.com and your purchases from BDH Creative, a brand of BDH Collective Inc. Every item is printed on demand and made to order. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before buying.
1. Products
All products feature original BDH Creative artwork. Product images are for illustration; slight variations in color and print placement can occur between the image on screen and the delivered item. Size charts are provided on each product page, and choosing the correct size is your responsibility.
2. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in US dollars and include what you will pay at checkout, plus any applicable taxes shown before payment.
- Payment is processed at the time of order through our secure payment providers.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If a product was listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Shipping
- Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum purchase.
- Orders are produced and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may require an additional payment to reship.
4. All sales are final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering errors. Each item is produced specifically for your order, which is why we cannot restock returned goods. Please review your size, color, and shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
5. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
Even with an all-sales-final policy, we stand behind the quality of what we make:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Verified quality issues will be resolved with a replacement of the same item at no cost to you, or a refund where a replacement is not possible.
- This section does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or province, which apply in addition to these terms.
6. Order changes and cancellation
Because production starts quickly, orders can only be changed or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After that window, the order is in production and the all-sales-final policy applies. To request a change, contact us immediately with your order number.
7. Intellectual property
All artwork, designs, logos, product names, and website content are the property of BDH Creative and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Purchasing a product gives you the right to enjoy the physical item; it does not transfer any rights to reproduce, resell, or commercially use the artwork.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or abuse.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to breach its security, scrape its content, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
